View Larger Map The Associated Press is reporting that a section of the 4300 block of Ellicott Street NW, several blocks away from Fort Reno Park, has suddenly collapsed. Fire officials are investigating. An estimated 20-foot section of the road has caved in about 2 feet. Apparently a DDOT crew had been collecting tree debris in a department truck on the block at the time of the collapse. Two men on the crew were taken......
